Have to try again.Panthergirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03701693312528047037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2552767360890638977.post-43910062779122367632013-06-13T16:13:42.610-04:002013-06-13T16:13:42.610-04:00You know I've never looked into the paleo diet...You know I've never looked into the paleo diet....I'll have to check it out! Thanks for your comments & hope you like the pudding! FYI - you can also grind the chia seeds up before adding & mixing them into. This will make for a smoother pudding.Little Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08137217370978557903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2552767360890638977.post-54167750217411921392013-06-13T16:11:46.767-04:002013-06-13T16:11:46.767-04:00Thank you - I will definitely look in to both thes...Thank you - I will definitely look in to both these books! I think the ones that might have something you are avoiding you might be easily able to make a substitute. I pretty much follow the paleo diet. Eventually (it took me MONTHS) you get to used to eating the same food and you also can enjoy food with less flavor, so to speak. I used to only be able to have heavy ranch dressing on my salads. Now I am completely happy with some olive oil, garlic, and balsamic vinaigrette. :)Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16663189639715921730noreply@blogger.com
